HTS-2000 fluxless brazing rods provides the strongest and easiest aluminium repair without the need for expensive aluminium welding equipment. It is ideal for castings that are difficult to weld, and is great for fabricating thin components and pipework which may also be difficult to weld.
HTS-2000 is a breakthrough in non-ferrous brazing and is a worthwhile addition to even the most sophisticated welding department. Unlike other aluminium brazing rods it needs no special cleaning regime.
It works equally well on aluminium, magnesium and copper, and can join these dissimilar metals together.

HTS-528 is a second generation high temperature brazing rod for ferrous metals, and is particularly recommended for cast iron. It is also good on other steels (including stainless), nickel and brass.
It has a built-in flux that makes it very easy to use. This material is hard, strong and machinable.
HTS-528 is ideal for repairs in highly stressed areas and those subject to high temperatures, such as exhaust manifolds.
